This guide covers the Craftivus Manager web app — the place you go to run your outlet from a browser, on any computer, without needing to be at the till itself.
Go to your shop's manager URL (something like https://yourshop.craftivus.com/manager) and sign in with your email and password. This is a completely different login from a cashier's till PIN.
Add new items, edit existing ones, and set their selling price. Prices here are exactly what tills will show and charge — there's no separate "till price" to keep in sync.
Today's sales at a glance: total revenue, tax collected, discounts given, a breakdown by cashier, and a list of recent individual sales. Pick a different date range to look back further.
Every physical till your outlet has, and its status:
A history of every shift opened and closed on every till: opening float, expected vs. counted cash, and whether it came out short, over, or exact. Use this to spot a recurring cash-handling problem early rather than after weeks of small discrepancies add up.
These happen at the till, by a cashier with a manager's PIN approval — they aren't initiated from this web app. Every one of them is fully recorded and shows up in Sales (a return appears as a negative-total invoice referencing the original) and in the underlying records your accountant can access, so nothing about them is hidden from you after the fact.
You'll never see a raw Frappe/ERPNext screen through this app, on purpose — everything here is a purpose-built Craftivus screen. If you ever end up looking at a generic-looking admin interface instead of this app, stop and contact Craftivus support; that's not supposed to happen.
If your accountant needs deeper, direct access to your books, that's a separate, explicit arrangement Craftivus can set up on request — it's opt-in, never automatic.
